Sticker Awesome — Terms of Service
Draft. Not reviewed by a lawyer. Every factual claim in here was checked against the code and is accurate as of the date below, which is the part that is hard to outsource. The legal framing is not, and should be reviewed before the app ships. Anything in double brackets is a blank only the company can fill.

1. What this is
Sticker Awesome is an iPhone app for finding stickers and sending them in Messages. Using it means agreeing to these terms.
2. What you get for free
You can keep 10 stickers to begin with, and one more each day you take it. A day you do not use does not accumulate — there is no pile waiting — and anything you have kept stays yours for as long as you have the app.
We may change these numbers for new members. We will not reduce what you have already kept.
3. Membership
Sticker Awesome Member — $2.99 per year, an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple.
- It renews automatically each year unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Your Apple Account is charged at confirmation of purchase and on each renewal.
- Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or at <https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions>. We cannot cancel it for you, and deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Membership removes the daily limit and includes every set, including ones added during your membership.
- Family Sharing is not enabled for this subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: <https://reportaproblem.apple.com>.
If your membership lapses, stickers you kept under the free allowance remain yours. Others stop being available.
We may sometimes give a membership directly — to artists, to press, or to put something right. A given membership works the same way but has nothing to cancel, and we may end it with notice.
4. What you may do with the stickers
You may send them in messages, personal and informal, as many as you like.
You may not:
- extract, export or redistribute the artwork files,
- sell them, or put them in anything you sell,
- use them as a logo, brand or trade mark,
- use them to suggest an artist endorses you or your business,
- feed them to a machine-learning system as training data.
This is not us being precious. We license this art from the artists who draw it, and our licence permits us to use it in this app. We cannot give you rights we do not have, and the list above is the shape of what we were granted.
5. The artwork
Every set is licensed from the artist who made it. Artists keep their copyright; we hold a licence, and we keep the agreement and the receipt.
Each sticker has a reference like AAA0-07. If you hold rights in any artwork here and something looks wrong, tell us — in the app under *Account → Art & licensing*, or at support email. Include the reference if you can and we can find the exact piece and the licence behind it. You do not need an account to do this, and we would rather hear from you than read about it.
6. Your account
An account is optional. The app works without one; purchases follow your Apple Account by themselves.
If you link an email we send a six-digit code to it. That is the whole sign-in — there is no password. Anyone with access to that mailbox can sign in, so use an address you control.
You can sign out at any time, which removes the account from that device. Tell us at support email if you want the account itself deleted.
7. What we collect
See the Privacy Policy. The short version: an email only if you give us one, and anonymous counts of which stickers get kept, with nothing attached that could identify you.
8. Things we have to say
The app is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and sets may be added, changed or withdrawn — including if a licence requires it.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.
We may update these terms. If a change matters we will say so in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use the app after that is acceptance.
Governing law and venue — to be set by the company.
9. Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty you may notify Apple, who may refund the purchase price; otherwise Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
